If you do this, your not going to see results in three days. You might not loose "pounds" because of the pushups and situps but you will gain muscle, so if you look better thats the point right?

Keep at it for at least 2 weeks and you will see results.

For a week do ..

10 pushups a night
10 situps a night
walk or "fast walk" anywhere for 15-20min

drink ALOT of water or lipton green tea
drink, drink, drink,
eat lettuce, cucumber, oranges
any vegetables and fruit that have a lot of water in it
you will be bloaty at first but all the liquids will totally flush out your system and you'll drop at least 5-10 pounds in a week

Next week

Do 20 push ups
Do 20 sit ups
Walk for 30 min
Keep drinking at least 8 to 9 glasses of water a day

Don't over do the water, eat regular meals just eat a salad before dinner or for lunch, eat oranges for snacks.

Eat smaller, healthier portions. There's no quick way to lose weight that's also healthy.

NOTHING fast. eat less and walk 10,000 steps daily. Buy a pedometer to keep track of the steps. You will lose weight in a respectable way and find that even asthmatics CAN exercise.
