Lower Left abdominal pain while running.

When ever I begin to run for just a few minutes, i begin to get this lower abdominal pain on the left side. It feels like something is moving  and it hurts extremley badly and i have to stop running. I stop and sit down for a few minutes and let it go away. But it comes back right when i start running again.  I can never run anymore because every time i get this pain. Any other exercise is fine and doesn't cause the pain. Just running causes it, and even running in place. When i played soccer no pain came though. But the day after soccer ended, i went for a run and the pain came back. So i know it's not a cramp due to being out of shape.  I went to the doctors to see if anything was wrong, so they sent me to get an ultrasound. The results were normal. I was just wondering if anybody had any idea of why this pain is happening. If anybody does, please let me know. I'm tired of people telling me it's a cramp, because i know what a cramp feels like, and this is much much worse.

Nope, its only when i run. And i know it sounds completley like a cramp, but i know its not. If anything, i may have began eating less.

Do you have any other symptoms along with the pain? Problems with or changes in bowel movements? Changes in diet?
