Hi everyone,
I am 13 years old and I have a problem. I pee in my pants constantly and some times poop in my pants. I don't know how to overcome this. My janitor and some workers at stores help me and change my clothes for me. If you have any ideas that would be great.

Do your parents know? I would talk to them and tell them its happening and that you are not trying to do it and you need to see a doctor. Please go right away because this is not normal. That is nice of the Janitor to help you out like that :) Good luck
That is not normal. I know it's embarrassing but it does happen to some people, you may have a disorder. You need to see a doctor.
