Montgomery gland popped?

I've been popping these suckers once in a while. Last night I felt a sore little bump underneath my nipple, very tiny but there. I squeezed it and a lot of what I'm guessing pus or something came out ? I'm 16 and I'm not sure if it can be cancerous. After I squeezed the pus stuff out a little bit of blood came out too, like a pimple. This morning I squeezed again and a tiny bit more blood came out. I cleaned with alcohol and put a band aid over it but idk what it could be
