Never grow

Hello. I am female and recently I'd just turn into 15. I am now in Junior High school.

Well, my concern is that my body stopped growing, I think. My nails, hands, feet, hip, neck is small and I feel like I am around Grade 6th or a Freshman. I eat three times a day and drink milk every night & morning. I am thin/ skinny (Hereditary, I think) but I don't think it has something to do with this.

Anyone can tell me what's happening?

True people grow at different speeds. As long as you keep eating healthy and get enough exercise you won't stunt your growth. I'm 14 freshman and I'm almost don't growing. I might grow another inch or so but I'm pretty much already done. Actually my older sister who is going to be a freshman in collage is still growing. Not by much but still a little. She's so short. It's just random.

Your metabolism will slow on it's own as you age. So be happy that you have a fast metabolism now as it'll be helpful later on. I have a fast metabolism, too. And now at age 21, it's slowed.

People grow at different rates. Some girls reach full height in 8th grade, but still continue to develop til a later age. Some girls start really growing at the end of high school. I wouldn't be worrying about it so much right now. Just continue to stay healthy and try not to stress out.
