I'm 15 yrs old and im used of not eating my lunch since i was in gr. 4. Can i know what illness or disease ill get if i dont eat my lunch daily?

Skipping lunch can make you feel tired and it may also cause your blood sugar to drop. Can you try to eat a little something healthy for lunch? Even if it's some milk and a piece of fruit.
