Painful lump in arm?

On my left arm, above my elbow, There is a lump kind of deep. It's not too large is size, but about the length of a small apple. It's painful and feels like it puts off a slight pressure. It's been bothering me for a while, and I'm starting to get pretty concerned about it. There is also a slight pain in about the same spot on my other arm also. I know I'm probably just sick on top of this, but I'm really feeling bad. Ahy help?

There are a few possibilities for what it might be(cyst, infection, boil, etc), but you will have to make a doctor's appointment to have it looked at.

It's been a while, but the lump seemed to go away. I didnt go to the dr. Or anything, but they don't hurt anymore and I dont rlly feel them either.

Were you sick when you first got it? It could have just been a swollen lymph node, which has now shrunk back down or a cyst that has shrunk.

I dont recall being sick during the time, but it has gone away so I think it may have been that.
