Pelvic Pain along with Lower Back Pain

Hi, my story is a bit long,so sorry for that, since 2 years I have PCOS and recently 2 months back I got typhoid, But since the last 1 month, I was having gastric problems, doctor said that its 1 of the after effects of typhoid,nw since 2 weeks am having lower back pain along with pelvic pain and since 3 days am having bladder pain and also I missed my period this month, Can anyone help me? I am really worried whats happening to me. And the lower back pain stretches to both the legs and my x ray report is normal, had an ultrasound too, that shows mildly enlarged ovaries. Sometimes I also have mild pain in the back of my head, where as sometimes in my hands too,but its rare.

Hi!
Since you feel pressure in the bladder area, and had few drops of blood in urine, I suggest you get a urine examination done. This could be due to infection of bladder or cystitis or due to urinary infection. Stone in the urinary system is another possibility. Please consult your doctor as a confirmed diagnosis, treatment etc is not possible on net. Take care!

Hi!
Pain in the lower abdomen, pelvis, and vagina can be due to infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, UTI, STD, uterine fibroids, urinary bladder infection or cystitis. If you do not have any discharge and there is no other symptom then it can also be due to pinched nerve (either pudendal or spinal). These conditions are broadly classified as chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The intensity of pain depends on the degree of inflammation and thus compression. This can vary. IBS, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, and food causing gas can be the other possibilities. You will need tests to rule out these possibilities. Periods could be missed when a person is very ill. If you have been sexually active then a pregnancy test should be taken. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
