Really need help

Hi,

Since about two weeks ago I have what I think is extreme anxiety. I was diagnosed with GAD a few years ago, which mainly arises because of health concerns. At first I had bloating problems, a hard heartbeat, and achy legs. Since my father has Grave's Disease, I went to a doctor who took blood to see if I had anything similar. The results came back negative. But these things, and now more, like jaw pain and neck pain, keep happening. It's probably anxiety, but I'm not sure why it's still happening. Does anyone have any tips to deal with it? Or do these symptoms sound like anything? It's gotten so bad that I have a hard time sleeping.

Also I need help with something. Since I returned from a trip to England in May, I haven't been able to sleep in. Before the trip, I could sleep in until 2. Now I am awaken at 9 with a pressing urge to urinate. It is accompanied by bladder pain (I think) which is relieved when I go. What could be the cause of this? I've stopped drinking before bed and it still happens. It's really bothering me.

Thanks.

You don't mention how old you are nor where you are located in general.  If you have access to a doctor, schedule an appointment for a wellness check.  At that visit, describe your symptoms as you have here.  There are medications that can be prescribed to help GAD.  Once your anxiety has calmed down, your sleep should improve, but be sure to mention your bladder pain when you see the doctor.
