Recently received oral sex and cold symptoms

Hello, I'm in need of help. Currently I'm 16, and just received my first oral sex. I did not use a condom because I did not have one, but it was oral sex so I thought I did not need one. I will start using them though. Anyway, It has been about 36 hours since receiving, but I started seeing cold symptoms 18 hours after getting it. She swallowed my semen and we kissed afterwards but I'm afraid I contracted something. This is extremely likely to be a coincidence, but I had a sore throat waking up this morning and now am congested and have a cough. I'm wondering if it's possible to contract an STD with these symptoms. So far I show no signs of any rashs or warts in the groin region. Perhaps I'm worried because td my first time, but what should I do? Should I visit a doctor or wait for any signs to show up on my genitals. Thanks.

As you mentioned, "this is extremely likely to be a coincidence".  Probably you were around someone who spread their germs to you before your received your blowjob.  It's always a good idea to wash your hands frequently and keep them away from your face.
