Severe abdominal pain

Hey, I am a 16 year old girl. I work as a hostess at a nearby restaurant, so I'm on my feet for hours while I work. The other day while working I got sudden severe pain in my abdomen. I could barely walk, everything I did hurt. I went to the bathroom to see if it would go away and it only got worse. I was on the floor in a ball almost to tears. My boss sent me home early and I had my boyfriend pick me up because I didn't think it was safe to drive. After sitting a while on his couch I felt better, the pain was still there but only like a needle prick compared to the stabbing feeling from before. But every time I put pressure on my abdomen, by laughing, or the tightness of pants or a seatbelt, the pain would increase. After a couple days it was gone and I haven't felt it again. But I work again tomorrow and I'm afraid being on my feet all night and running around my bring it back. Does anyone know what might have caused this?
