Hi I'm 15 years old and 178cm(5"10') and weight 95kilos(205pounds). Last year I weighed 82 and was still trying to lose weight, this past year I've ballooned. My parents also split up and my mums boyfriend moved in like a month later, I've been really stressed with schoolwork, my grandmother passed away, and I was feeling really down. I think this has something to do with the weight gain. I'm better now but the weight still hasn't shifted. I have no motivation to anything at the moment and I don't know where to start with my weight loss. I also have my leavers dinner (prom) in like 8 months and really want to be near my goal weight (75kilos) by then. Please help. Thank you.
