concerned about pregnancy

I was with a guy last night who i have an on/off relationship with. We wound up naked at a party in a room and i started giving him a hand job, while he fingered me. I got bored and stopped, but i didnt really notice if he'd *** or not. He later ended up rubbing his penis against my vagina and nearly entering me, but then someone called me and i had to leave. Obviously i was wet down there, because i had *** when he was fingering me, but im worried that he has *** and then rubbed against me, which would later cause me to become pregnant. I just finished my period so i understand that lessons my chances of becoming pregnant.
Over-all im just worried, because im 16, and if i became pregnant it could really alter my life.
Should i take emergency contraceptives? or just wait it out until my next period?
A part of me feeling like im over-reacting, but i just want to clairfy.

if you are that worried about it, maybe you should be on the safe side and take an EC, cause there is always a small change and you ddont want to not do anything about it while you can
