fungal infection

since last 2-3 months i'm suffering from fungal infection ...i cannot  exactly say that the skin problem i'm suffring from is fungal or somthing else.
Thevarea near groin is very itchy and after iching the skin truns  red. I feel uncomfortable with this. It genrally occurs while i'm blanket and ready to sleep. i went to a local doctor in my locality he suggested me to have mysoseal-250 after having dinner for 4 weeks n aslo suggested me one other capsules. For that 1 month didn't felt any kind of ich but now that itch is reappearing . i tried my best to explain my problem

i know i'm weak in enlish but please try understand.
any kind of help will be apreciated :)

Hi!
If there is no rash or skin discoloration (except for redness which is normal after scratching) and the symptoms come only when you are going to sleep, then you either suffer from pubic lice or from restless leg syndrome. Other than this, yes, it can be a fungal infection if you feel the itch during the day as well.  Please discuss these possibilities with a doctor. Take care!
