couscous and stir fry are delishious together... veggie burgers and homemade (baked) frys... homemade bean (if you use canned refried beans, make sure you buy lard free, or vegetarian) and veggie burritos with rice... nice big salads... veggie lasagna or pasta....
Prettymuch anything you can make with meat or dairy, you can make vegan or vegetarian... and Iv found that more often than not, the meat free ones taste much better! Hope this helped =)
