They are likely cyst caused by hormones, diet, and a need to clean more often.  They tend to develop near your period or pregnancy and can become enlarged and painful.  Cyst are also common after pregnancy if glands do not naturally close properly, a function also hormone related.  Bartholin cyst may need to be surgically removed.  This is a somewhat painful outpatient surgery where the cyst is opened and a device implanted into the gland with a balloon on the inside to ensure the duct does not close during healing, and a stint or straw draining all fluid out of the cyst.  This contraption is left implanted for a week or longer and removed in a follow up appointment.  A home remedy that usually works well for cyst is to take a very warm bath filled with 1 cup+ of sea salt and 1 cup+ of apple cider vinegar.  Do this daily for at least 30 minutes till cyst rupture.  At bed time rinse a hand towel in hot water, ball the towel up and cover with witch hazel where the towel will be applied to the skin, then press the towel to the cyst area and hold in place for 30 minutes.  Within a day(s) the cyst will rupture.  It is very important to then continue to use the witch hazel or Apple cider vinegar to keep this area cleansed each time you urinate.  Often toxins, especially dairy and sugar spikes, in the diet or a sudden change in diet will cause a hormonal surge leading to these cyst.  Eat a more alkaline diet, lots of blueberries, here is a great list http://www.alkalinesisters.com/alkaline-food-chart/. Alkaline foods boost your immune system.  Cyst can be a preliminary sign of a higher risk for cancer.  They are the body's indication that it is out of balance and immunity is not functioning.  A holistic naturopath/chiropractor is very helpful in reestablishing good health.  Diet and hygiene practices must be improved as well.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
It is difficult to comment what they are. Maybe they are small swollen lymph nodes that have been there for some time. It can also be allergic reaction to something. Also a stimulated clitoris and vulval area may appear to have bumps. Please show this to your gynecologist as it is difficult to diagnose this on net. Take care!
