Shaking Feeling while lying down on my bed

Hello there, we experienced some earthquake probably a week ago, I was using my phone while lying down on my bed when that happened.

My bed started shaking for about 5-7 seconds, I was confused first about what happened but then I snapped and immediately stood up and went to our living room. I stood there for like a minute and went back to bed.

I'm just normally using my social media accounts and just casually lying down on my bed but then I feel like my head is shaking just how my bed did when the earthquakr occured. It somehow happens to my lower body too but it isnt any worse than what I feel on my head.

It still continues until now, I feel a little bit like a paranoid because it really feels like there's a weak earthquake happening under my bed. This only happens when I'm lying down, doesn't happen when I'm sitting on my bed or whatsoever. I still kinda feel the same shake when the earthquake happened a week ago and it gives me headache.

I'm having a little bit of hard time sleeping because of this, I hope you guys can help me solve this ^^
