Okay, there must be reasons for your anger and emptiness, and feeling stupid. The main way to over come your depression is to work out the reasons, and try to stop them, or change them, or if both fail, think about them in a different, more positive way. It may be difficult, but that's a reason there are people here. If you explain things going on maybe I could help?
Hello. Well i would just like to say first of all that im not sure if i can give you advice, because i am going through the same thing. Although i havent been diagnosed and am not sure if i have depression, but every symtom seems to be appearing and i dont know what to do. And to try and help you, it is normal with depression. well your definately not abnormal. its probably just the depression, because as i said i have that feeling all the time ( although not 100% sure if have depression). Im not going to tell you not to worry but dont think your not normal, because you are. hang in there.
