I talk to myself and have conversations?

I talk to myself out loud when I’m alone.
I have conversations just by myself and go through scenarios with other people.

It’s like play acting what the other person says and I answer.

I’ve been doing this for almost 4 years now and now I’m 17.

Sometimes I’m “normal me”, and sometimes I’m “me” but not really.

When I’m not “really” me, things are little different than the reality. So I might go to different school in my head, or have a different name or something like that.

I’ve always had imagery friend since I was little but he disappeared couple years ago

Am I going crazy??

No, you are simply experiencing yourself differently. You are aware that you are doing this. Maybe you just need a new friend.

I was hospitalized for about 15 months due to my disease and I never really got chance to leave my room.

No one really came to visit me and I just started to talking to an imaginary friend.

But I still do this although my frinend is gone.
My email is ***@****. If you ever want to talk, vent, just know you are not alone. I'm always here to listen.
Guess I can't share that here. V Okay fine, I'm still available to listen
