Why paper its not very tasty, how about lots of fruit and veg good for you, doesnt put on weight at all, ask your Mom to get in some healthy appetising grub, and also some supplements to get you back on track, Vit B complex Vit C and Fish oil.

If you are in grade 11 and studying in school, really your parents should be taking care of you and your diet! For your iron deficiency you need to eat plenty of dark green vegetables. The best thing for it is liver (lambsfry), although it is an acquired taste and many people don't like it. Anaemia - iron deficiency - can definitely cause lethargy, a pale complexion etc. I think the problem may go deeper than just diet and I think you should see a doctor. That way you can have blood tests and they can recommend iron supplements if need be, as well as find the true root of the problem and get to the bottom of your 'eating absurd things habbit'. I'm not sure what is really going on there. Who makes your meals? Your parents have a responsibility to provide the right food for you!
