be kind to yourself, talk about it with friends, maybe write, give it time and if it doesnt get better seek counselling. Most people though go through a period of grief and come out ok.heartbreak is hard but youll be ok! lily

friends. FRIENDS. I cannot stress that enough.  I had a horrible break up with a long term boyfriend who was my EVERYTHING. I cannot even tell you how horrible it was.  The only thing that got me through it was my friends.  In my relationship with him, i lost touch with a lot of my friends.  But when we broke up, I made sure to fit right back in with them.  I will admit it was a little awkard at first, and I felt bad becuase I didnt want them to think I only needed them when I was left alone after a break up.  But I got my friendships back and I 100% know I wouldnt have gotten through this without them.  I dont even talk about the break up with them that much...we just laugh at silly things and it gets my mind off of it.  Sometimes when I have a bad day and they can tell, they sit there and bash the guy with me and it always makes me feel a lot better.  People tell you after a break up to move on but its definitly easier said than done.  People try and give advice but honestly, breakups are the worst.  Being heartbroken IS the worst feeling in the world.  And im telling you, after having a HORRIBLE breakup with the guy I thought Id be with forever (we went through sooooo much together...more than typical teens or even typical adults) the only thing that really honestly helped was my friends.

hello dont be depressed...well first I ask was it worth it..i think of all the good that came out of the realationship...and all the bad I been through...and If the side of the bad out weigh the good then I know thats nothing to be depressed about...and if your a mother then if it didnt work out it was for the best..and you have youe child there kids always make you laugh...and they will never break your heart..and that love is forever...but for a break up...pamper yourself look a little different date but dont get deeply involved but dont stay and sulk...he sure is not...
