Start off by snacking during the day on healthy foods...drinking lots of water and trying to get as much excercise in as possible. Having 8 hours of sleep too is good....you actually lose calories in your sleep...you'd be amazed...If your a pop drinker, chip eater, chocolate fenatic... STOP!!! If you really care about your body and your situation you will do these things for yourself. Getting a ball for excercising is a great, easy and cheap way to excercise....as long as you get your heart rate up you know your doing something right... I mean you don't have to stop all junk foods...the occassional chocolate bar or bag of chips is okay as long as all the other food you ate in the day was healthy and your willing to work it off..... You need more motivation it seems...people are busy but just take 15 min out of your day to do something...even if it's a hundred jumping jacks....Well Good Luck!!!
Watch what you eat. That does NOT mean starve yourself. Just keep an eye on what you're eating. And accept the fact that if your hormones are telling your body to put on some extra pounds, then no amount of dieting or exercise can change that. Don't mistake hips and breasts for random evil fat. Otherwise just keep an eye on what you're putting into your body. Cut back on processed sugars.
