Bleeding between my period

I've been on birth control for almost a year now, and for the first time, I started bleeding between my period. I'm a bit freaked out, but trying to stay positive. I've been bleeding for 2 days now. I also took my pill 2 hours late one day, and I was wondering if that could be the case? And my boyfriend had sex the other day, and it was rougher than usual, I don't know if that may contribute to the bleeding or not

Sometimes with the pill you can have bleeding between periods all of the sudden.  And sometimes rougher sex can make you bleed a little, too.  It could be either one, I wouldn't worry too much.

well pills are tricky u must take them around the same time everyday if u mess that up or miss a pill u will bleed in between cycles so make sure u take ur pills as directed
