HELP STRESSING

Question

Ok im freaking out (yes ive had a health class and no im not stupid)! My period is one day late (or so it looks) I did a calculate my period type of thing and i should have been on yesterday (the 19th) My last period was on October 22nd and it lasted the full time (very heavy and very crampy). Keep in mind i have not had sex at all since my last period! I should have ovulated like the 1st Friday in November.....and knowing that i didn't have intercourse means that i should not be pregnant right? Anyways...I experienced some ovulation spotting the first week of November (brown) and odd sensations in my ovaries like painful sensations all during the month...I'm 16 and scared to death...could it just be a 35 day cycle or am i just late because im stressed from school and other stuff? P.S (october 1st i gave my bf a hand job but he didnt *** at all and then i might have scratched "down there" could that have something to do with this idk it was way before i ovulated ...im thinking not because i had a full VERY HEAVY period that month) HELP PLEASE!  Note: no sore boobs....or increased appetite

You really should stop stressing!!! YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT!!! Maybe all the stress you been having is causing your period to be late!! 

In future have safe sex... No unprotected sex is ever safe

You are very young and im sure you dont want a child as yet!!

If your last period was Oct 22nd, what would make this one late now? When (or what cycle length) do you have? If you have a 35 day cycle, your period would come roughly Nov. 25th. Stress can easily cause a late cycle, and if you've not had sex recently there would be nothing to fertilize an egg making pregnancy impossible.

If you had a normal period, then no sexual activity, and now you're just a little late for the next period, it does not seem like pregnancy is why you are a little late.  (If you had had a whole lot of unprotected sex before the last period, there is a tiny teensy weensy chance, but a full period should have meant you did not get pregnant the previous month.)  I really would not worry.
