Is two weeks after possible conception enough time for a test to be accurate?

Okay so it’s been two weeks since I had unprotected sex, and I have a feeling I might be pregnant due to my symptoms. Now, I have irregular periods, so I don’t really know when they’ll come, but everything I see about when to take a pregnancy test is when you miss a period. The thing is, my period jumps around so I don’t know if I missed it or not and I can’t wait months or even weeks honestly. When should I take the at home pregnancy test?

Yes,  two weeks is the time to test after a sexual encounter,  because periods follow two weeks after  ovulation.  So although you may have irregular ovulation,  it's highly likely that your normal period begins two weeks after you ovulate.  Take a urine test with first morning urine for best accuracy.
