My nipples hurts bad what does it mean

Ok i am 17 and for the past 14 months me and my boyfriend have not used condoms at all well in lets say September i started the Depo shot until what and march 7 my third shot was due but itstead i tried to get the Mirana(IUD) on march fith but it didnt go in and i started on the BC patch that night....Point is im on my second week of this patch and
had some crazy syptoms (Throwing up everything i ate or drank, sore jaw, sore back, extreme fatigue) and well last night my Nipples ONLY started to hurt extremly touching them slightly hurts bad...

what does it mean when they hurt that bad?

If I was you I would go back to the doc and tell them what's going on . It might just be where you went from one type of BC to another so fast.

Sounds like you're having a reaction to the patch.  Sore breasts are a pretty common side effect, and so is nausea and vomiting.
