My period is late, but I'm 13 and a virgin what's happening?

My period is really late this month and it's been really freaking me out. I'm 13 and a virgin. I got my period about 6 months ago, but my last period finished around Dec. 20 so I'm quite concerned seeing as it's now February and it still hasn't come. I haven't talked to anyone about this and I keep telling myself "soon" or "next week" but it never happens. I haven't been able to fall asleep the past few days, and I've been really stressed out. I don't think I can be pregnant or anything, I barely even speak to guys let alone have sex with them, so it can't be that. Right? If anyone can tell me what's happening in even the slightest I'd really appreciate it.

No, you can't get pregnant without having sex, so you can rule that out.  Sometimes young ladies' bodies and hormones take awhile to regulate, and you'll be prone to abnormal periods for a bit until you eventually get on a regular cycle.  If you're not having any sort of pain, your best bet is to just wait it out.  If you don't get it in the next few months, make sure to talk to a parent about it.
