Negative and positive test results, am I pregnant?

Whoever reads this, please bare with me, this is going to be a long post.
I am 17 years old and have been experiencing many pregnancy symptoms.  The date I believed I would have conceived is 9/2/11.  I had sex 4 times that night, and each time we used a condom.  The second possible date would be around the 16th  of the same month and once again, we were safe.  I wasn't concerned, because we always take precautions.  However about a week after the first possible date of conception, I began having severe nausea.  Keep in mind, I have had a chronic stomach condition for over a year.  My dr. has tested everything and no one seems to know what it is.  I was diagnosed with IBS when I was very young, but it's something more than that.  I do have nausea, as well as a myriad of other symptoms with this unknown condition, however, the nausea I usually experience is always much less severe, and it's never been so frequent.  I am having nausea so severe that I actually have to lie down sometimes, and it's generally every day around the same time-usually late afternoon.  I get very motion sick, which hasn't happened to me since I was a small child.  I have been experiencing headaches every day, and I didn't have a period for 50 days.  I was 23 days late (my mom explained to me that you start counting from the time you're supposed to get you're next period.)  I feel stomach flutters, much like butterfly wings.  I can feel my stomach muscles moving and stretching, sometimes even tightening.  I am around 130 pounds, I'm a small person, but the most noticeable symptom has been the change in my body.  I gained about three pounds, but due to my condition, my weight tends to fluctuate between 120-135.  I have not gained enough that I should have a "gut".  But lately, my stomach, which is usually very flat, is rounded and sticking out.  It's only in the center, and it's actually grown and seems to get rounder and bigger every day.  I'm not being paranoid; even my mom is noticing.  She told me it even feels the way a woman's stomach does when they are just beginning to show.  It is firm and warm, even when I am cold.  I've had hot flashes and chills interchangeably, ridiculous cravings (I ate pickles and chocolate cake the other day), and I've been very easily annoyed.  I took 2 pregnancy tests, and they were positive.  However, the lines were so faint, only I could see them, which made me feel like I was just crazy, so I dismissed them.  I took another at the dr. office and it was negative.  I got my period, or what I assume was my period, but it was slightly lighter and shorter than normal.  The symptoms persisted, and I took 2 more tests.  Both were positive, and this time, I knew I wasn't crazy; my mom saw them too, though they were very light blue, and faded after several minutes.  I had another test done at the dr. and it was negative.  I know something is up with my body.  Everyone I know who is a mom is even telling me that I must be pregnant, they don't know what else it could be.  My mom thinks I am, and so do I. I'm going for a blood test and ultrasound tomorrow, but I'm so discouraged, I feel like they won't find anything.  So far I've been treated like I'm stupid and crazy.  I don't know what's going on, but if I'm really not pregnant, they need to find out what is going on with my body to make it act like it is!

I am glad to hear that you are not pregnant, as that must be a relief. :) Many, many things can give you the symptoms you have been having beyond pregnancy. There are a number of digestive disorders that can give you those symptoms, along with cysts, infections, and so on. Symptoms similar to what you have are pretty hard to diagnose as they can mean so many different things, so try not to be discouraged if they are not sure what is going on. If they don't know what is going on, get a second opinion from another doctor. Or even get a thrid opinion or more. A good friend of mine went to over 9 different doctors before finally getting a diagnosis for her symptoms. Don't give up. Take care.

It was fine, thank you for asking :)
I had blood work done, and it was negative.  I also had an ultra sound that was done internally as well as externally, and they will get the results from that in 3-5 days.  Now that pregnancy is ruled out, I'm wondering what in the world is wrong with me.

I've used blue and pink dye tests, all of which were positive.  I'm not really sure what to expect, I'm just going to see my gyno tomorrow and hope that if I'm not, they'll figure out what's wrong with me.

Blue dye tests can easily show false positives(what looks like a positive, but is not one) and are typically not good tests to use, as they are difficult to read and understand. You want to use a pink dye test, such as the "first response" test for example, which is easier to read and understand. Symptoms really don't mean anything and are completely unreliable, as the symptoms for "pregnancy" are also the same for PMS, stress, illness, medication side effects, hormonal fluctuations, weight changes, and so on. Wait until your appointment tomorrow and then go from there.
