Slight stomach pains

Im about 9 weeks pregnant & ive been getting slight cramp like pains in my stomach like pulses that are about a 3 in pain and I wanna know why ? Should I tell my doctor ?

I wouldn't worry to much its just the uterus stretching .. if u start spotting Bright Red id go to the ER though.

Always talk to your Dr about any new pains you're having. I think what may be going on is stretching from the pregnancy.
