What is wrong with me?

I’ve been noticing that I’ve been having A LOT of *** inside me and it’s just sitting in there and not even coming out. it gets on my underwear a lot but I’m scared that something is wrong with me and I’m scared to talk to my mom about it. Please help I’m only 15 years old

Jrae,  I'm having a hard time understanding what you're talking about.  Are you a girl,  or a guy?  Are you actually sexually active or is this some substance that you assume is ejaculate but isn't?  Could this be a yeast infection that doesn't have to do with sperm at all?

Well semen does not simply just fall out immediately after sex or else babies would be a lot harder to make. Semens job is to make its way to a fertile egg and well you know the rest. All of this takes place INSIDE your body. Yes eventually some semen will makes its way back out which is why it is on your underwear. I am not going to lecture you but you make it seem like you have a lot of unprotected sex and may not be on birth control if you are afraid to talk to your mom about sex related things. You are 15 and I am sure you do not want a child right now so maybe think about talking with your sex partner about safe sex. Even if you are on birth control, that does not protect against stds which can be permanent. Please find a way to talk to someone about how you can better protect yourself from these things if you are sexually active(school counselors are great resources!). You have nothing to worry about in regards to “having semen inside you” that does not mean anything is wrong at all. All the best to you
