bowling while preg
is it ok to go bowling while pregnant i am 7 n a half months
i went bowling every weekend up until i was 8 months. it just depends on how you bowl and how much effort you put into it.
ask your ob. if it's strenuous..using abnominal muscles (it depends how "serious" you get while playing) i'd say it's ify. definitely call your ob.
