Do you think I have TMJ disorder/problems?

Hello, I just wanted to know if you think I may have TMJ disorder or dislocation of the TMJ?

Basically about a week ago I opened my mouth really wide and quickly, I didn't hear any click or anything but when I went to sit down my TMJ joint clicked a little and grinding noise and felt like it moved. Ever since then my mind makes me think I have moved the joint out of position.

I have virtually no pain in the joints, just alot of numbness and tight feeling.
I can open my mouth wide like normal
My joints do make clicking and grinding noise when I open and close my mouth but I think they have always done this.
I have had a migraine recently, not sure if this is just stress
My teeth appear to be in the same position although my mind is making me think they have moved, I'm nost sure if I have a overbite.

When do TMJ symptoms actually start?
Who do you I have to see who can tell me if I have moved the joint out of position and have TMj disorder?? Could a dentist also tell me if my teeth have moved and an overbite is forming?

Thanks

Your descriptions suggest disc displacement without reduction. Seeing a tmj specialist is advised.

I forgot to mention I also have the constant feeling of the need to grind my teeth, both the front and back teeth.
