Ear Pain

I have not been diagnosed with TMJ but I get fullness/pain in ear at times. I have heard the jaw shares the same nerve with the ear. If the TMJ is sore/spastic that the pain can be referred to the ear. Does anyone have experience with this situation? I also have pulsatile tinnitus (ringing in the ear to the rhythm to my heart but don't believe it is related as I have damaged my ears from earplugs/ipod music.

If you haven't read my post, I hope it is relevant for help. I posted under the subject "pain" right after winterbridge.

I know just how you feel. I have all these symptoms and have been told they're all due to TMJ/Myofacial Pain Syndrome that I've been diagnosed with.

I have pain in my ears a lot.  I think it's nerve damage from all the root canals I had.
