Pain When openning my mouth

I Had a filling to repair my upper tooth besides the wisdom tooth. The next day I though the pain is coming from the Needle he used. After few days I noticed that I am unable to open my mouth , a severe pain starts when I open it beyond around 1 to 2 inch. I still feel pain when I touch my tooth and still after 3 weeks unable to open my mouth without pain around my Jaw. Please advice me what might be the reason. Thanks in advance

really? I am having the same problem and it's too painful!

Thanks , somebody suggeste a massage to the area , I started doing that and I feel its getting better . I think it is a muscle spasm caused by opening my mouth wide for a long time. Thanks for your suggestion.
