I have TMJ. In front of a mirror, place your fingers on your jaw where it connects, now open your mouth very slowly all the way open. Does your jaw swing to one side or the other? If so, you have TMJ. A chiropractor can fix this. My Chiropractic fixed mine with only one adjustment. I still have to watch and try not to chew gum or anything very chewy or it will act up. Symptoms of TMJ are jaw hurts, pain goes up to your temples and to your head. You get the worse headache imaginable. My suggestion to you is find a good Chiropractic that has plenty of experience adjusting for TMJ, it does not hurt, just ackward. You will feel so much better if that is what is causing your symptoms.
Your presentations stongly suggest tmj relsted disorder. Seeing a tmj specialist is advised.
