Left sided headache for a year

I've had An MRI of the brain and an mra of the brain and both were normal.  I've had a left sided headache for a year and a half and I have tenderness on the muscle below my ear and a tingling feeling on the left side of my head. My dentist said it looked like I grind my teeth so he got me a mouth guard. I wear it on and off. The head pressure is worse when I talk and it's only on the left side and it feels like my ear is clogged. Does this sound like tmj? Should I see a tmj muscle specialist? It's driving me crazy and it makes me feel like I have a brain tumor yet vie had all the tests. If someone could help I would appreciate it?
