I'm sorry for the pain you are in.
Perhaps you have a frozen shoulder. They can be very painful. Been there, done that!
The only thing that helped me was anti inflammatories, ice, and physical therapy for three months.
Part of the problem is the only way to retain mobility in the shoulder is to USE it in the exact positions that hurt the most. Otherwise it can freeze and you loose that mobility (hence the name "frozen shoulder").
You have to exercise it.
If this is, in fact, what the problem is, try icing it first and then do exercises. You can find some online. Google "frozen shoulder".
I finally had to get medical help for mine but it is fine now.
