front left tooth

ive had certain problems with my upper front left tooth, its gray/blue color at the top. the tooth has had many problems for a few years. i chipped it when i was younger and a few years later a pus bubble formed, ive had certain root canals, then when those failed i had a certain procedure where he did some thing at the tip of the root canal to try and save it. after about a year the puss came back, the tooth started to become just a bit discolored not to noticeable, but i just want to save this tooth or do something about it! can someone please explain what is happeneing to me and my tooth and what options i have! i really want to keep the tooth but idk anything to just make my smile great again, please and thank you.

Periapical lesion tends to increase and abscess may develope, if no appropriate treatment intervened. If extraction is the treatment of choice, immediate implant may be implemented if clinical condition permitted and surgeon's experience and competency. The other option is immediate temporary restoration, which may be removable or fixed partial denture. Seeing a dentist is advised.

itappears that your descriptions suggest that the tooth had gone through root canal treatment and periapical surgery, which probably included apicoectomy and retrograde filling. If these procedures had been performed properly and you still develop[ed abscess and periapical lesion, extraction of the tooth may be the treatment of choice.
