Do I have testicular cancer?

Ok so here's the deal, I am 15 years old and ever since I was 14 I have noticed that a large testicular lump (about twice the size of my normal testicles) would come in my scrotum and go; meaning sometimes it would come and other times it wasn't there and it would look like I have a normal scrotum with two testicles. I've always wondered what it was but I was to afraid to ask my parents to take me to the doctor so I just left it alone. But now that I know it can be testiclaur  cancer I'm really scared. When I touch it, it doesn't  hurt at all, I can even squeeze it without it hurting too much. Could it be because of masturbating? I masturbate 1-2 times a day. I've looked at the symptoms of testicualr cancer and one of them was having a testicular lump, but I don't have any other of the symptoms. So my question is, why do I have this and is it harmful?

I am not familiar with a lump, coming and going, especially, as large as you are explaining. The best thing to do is really just talks to your parents or make an appointment directly with your doctor if you can. A physical exam and perhaps a scrotal ultrasound will help figure out what it is. One can't really know what it is with just the pain symptoms, etc.

I realize that talking to your parents about it could be a little awkward but a moment of awkwardness could really end up saving your life should it end up being a tumor. Perhaps just tell them you want to see a doctor as you feel something weird with your testicle and leave the other details to the doctor?

And one more thing when I do get pain it's very minor. It doesn't really bother me because it doesn't hurt too much

Actually thinking about it now sometimes I do have pain on my trsticles but nothing to bad and it's very rare that I do have pain. I mainly get it after masturbating too much but there are other times where my restocked start hurting but it is still very rare that they hurt
