Getting paranoid whether my testicle problem could be something serious

Hello Doctor(s),
I am a 24 year old male from India, my weight is 98 KGs (216 lbs) and my height is 181 cms. I have a flabby stomach and my occupation is sedentary, so I sit almost the whole day. I also travel a lot everyday by bike (28 kilometers to and fro). I had a hydrocele operation of my right testicle early in my childhood.

I had taken an appointment of a urologist in December 2013 because I was feeling a slight lump on my left testicle and I was experiencing dull pain in my lower abdomen & groin (usually by end of days and the pain used to go in the morning next day). Doctor examined my testicles and suggested me to get a sonography of scrotum done. So these were the results:
1. Mild Right Varicocoele.
2. Minimal left hydrocoele.
3. Tiny cyst in the right epididymis

Doctor prescribed Urethrol tablets for a month and asked me to follow up later. He told me to reduce my weight quickly.

Meanwhile I also wanted to get a basic health checkup done so I went for a health checkup tests package, where in test results I had the following things:
1. High Eosinophil count
2. High triglyceride
3. High pulse rate (110 bpm) in the ECG
4. Low levels of Vitamin B12 (100) and D3 (12)

I was also experiencing:
a. Weakness
b. Abdominal cramps & twitching, constipation and gases, lack of appetite.
c. Random soreness of my breasts (pain when touched/pressed) I don't have a flat chest and I believe it's because of my weight?
d. Sore and painful to touch muscles below the rib cage (from below the arm-pits on left to the right)
e. A lot of depression and health anxiety (hypochondria)

It has been more than a month now after my urology checkup, and I still feel the lump on the right testicle. Leaving that apart, I don't experience any pain / specific lump in my testicles. But right now I see that my left testicle is bigger in size and the testicle inside is very prominent to feel and I can see the nerves whereas it is not the case with the left testicle. Although my sonography reports show nothing serious, I keep feeling scared that it could be something more serious like cancer. Can anybody advise something or share any experience? Am getting paranoid.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. You are seeing veins like enlargement on one side due to varicoceles. If the varicocele is asymptomatic and infertility is not an issue, no treatment is required. Mild discomfort can be managed by wearing an athletic supporter or snug-fitting underwear during strenuous activity or exercise. However if the person wants to be a father in future, it is better to get it operated. Varicoceles are known to cause infertility as they affect sperm production. Varicocele can also cause slight atrophy in testicle size. So, also get serum testosterone levels checked.
Other than this, it is unlikely to be something like cancer. But you need to eat healthy, take multivitamin and B12 supplements, and exercise as advised. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

I just want to correct that I was feeling slight lump on my right testicle. In my question I have said "left testicle". Sorry for that.
