Testicle lump 12 years

I've had a small, painless, pebble sized lump in right testicle since I was 11 years old. I never went to the doctor. I'm 23 now. About a year ago I noticed an uneasy feeling in my lower pelvic region and it felt a little uncomfortable to sit. For about a week my scrotum stayed shrivelled up tightly. Then as the year went on I've had a constant dull ache deep in my lower right abdomen. It feels heavy like something is getting slightly pulled inside there. I've had weird symptoms such as aches in right leg, chronic muscle spasms in my right leg and changes in bowels. Visible mucus in my stool, large stool, skinny stool, loose stool, and sometimes red blood when I wipe. That area of my lower abdomen is constantly gurgling and I have a lot of bad gas everyday. sounds weird but when i push on the area it makes a strange squishing sound like air and liquid. My right testicle is now about a half a size bigger than the other one. My fear is that I've had testicular cancer this whole time and now it's spread to my stomach or worse. It has cause serious depression for me and I can't seem to get to a doctor... I haven't told anyone about this and it's destroying me inside. Does anyone have any information on other possible causes for these symptoms? I've already convinced myself I have cancer (with good reason I have every symptom) but I know I'm letting my fear get the best of me. It would just help me gain confidence to make an appointment and go through with it if I had some more possibilities about what it could be or similar cases or experiences. Please any information would help.

P.S. I know I can't be diagnosed over the Internet and that I need to see a doctor, I know that. Im just looking for support and to shed some light on my very bleak disposition. Thank you.

Hi.

Im 22 years old and after reading ur concerns and worries I felt like I was reading something I posted about a year ago. Trust me you are not alone in your worries. I have been exactly where you are in thinking I had this cancer. So instead of making myself more depressed about it I spoke with my parents about it and made an appointment for an ultrasound. For me, the results were pretty much instant (about 15 mins later) and thankfully nothing was found and it was the best feeling. I can tell you once you get checked out you will feel so much better, and if unfortunatly somthing is wrong, you get it taken care of. Now obviously im not a doctor but I will tell you some of the things you wrote about and what I was told about it..

As far as i know the stool has nothing to do with testicular cancer. I have never read anywhere where the stool would play a factor in having it or not. And as far as the lumps you describe, i have read and been told by a doctor that if the lump is rock hard and not movable then it should be further looked at. I also thought I felt a lump towards the top and bottom but found out it was part of the epididymis. If its somewhat movable that should be good. But this is all just my little facts i have been told.

I will not knock this site but as far as this particular forum goes, not alot of feedback seems to be delivered so i suggest you go to ***********.com.  Thats where i went when i thought i was dying from this horrible disease and i wrote my fears and concerns and i got alot of feedback and info from people who have survived or who are more knowledgeable about this. Check it out, and good luck!

I forgot to mention the lump is at the top of my testicle right beside my epididymis and i also have another lump of the same size on top of the epididymis itself. It also sometimes aches in my lower back. I have sour stomachs when I wake up and loud gurgling. when I pee it's usually kind of cloudy. Does this sound like testicular cancer or maybe some kind of infection?

Is there anyway I can ask a medical expert about this on this site?
