Can i reduce this Dose?

last test results were tsh 0.97 range( 0.40-4.50)  free t3 328 range (230-420)  free t3 2.0 range( 0.8-1.8)  dose was adjusted downward from 200 to 192 to 185 to 180 now at 170 at 6 week intervals.(WAS HYPER) feel better now but still have slight hyper symtoms such as upon waking, strong heart beats. some sleep disturbances.  energy good .  joints and muscle aches much better. my question is can i reduce a little more to alleviate the remaining symtoms. do you think a slight reducttion of a 5 would help or would it reduce my free t3 t4 numbers.?  had tt Nov 09  suspicion of cancer multi nodules /enlarged . was benign. on natural compounded thyroid. last doc. has me hold at 170 . should i ask for a slight decrease at this dose now 8 weeks, thanks Kevin

We don't use natural or compounded because of the high T3 content & inconsistency in levels.  The T3 is probably causing hyperdynamic heartbeats.  Would consider decreasing the dose or changing to a more standard replacement with levothyroxine (with the addition of a small dose of cytomel (t3) if needed).
