Circulation/Vision problems in hoshimoto's patient

I have hoshimoto's. After childbirth shot from hypo to hyper for a while, now hypo again. Within limits with meds.
I have had progressive floaters/flashes/sparks/zig zag lights etc. They occur daily. Now visual noise(snow) is very evident to me in dim light.
Went to eye doc who feels may have MS. I had brain MRI ten months ago that read I had one lesion most commonly associated with microvascular disease or sequela to migraines. MS was ruled out accordingly. However I know that it is not absolute. Eye doc says that MRI findings are interesting and shows a definite problem. My eyes upon examination are fine... so thinking neurological. Suggests spinal tap.
I have what feels like to be circulation problems...easy bruising, little dots that look like clots that appear on my legs.
I have been taking aspirin a day and sparks/flashes have significantly lessened. Does this justify thought of circulation problem? Is that what I should persue? Had burning in foot, pins and needles, circulation probs that went away with pregnancy and am thinking because heart pumps faster during pregnancy=greater circulation. After birth, here they are again.
Also, around time started aspirin was diagnosed with ear infection and started antibiotics. Does this sound related at all? Could it just be my thyroid?? I read that women with menopause have similar visual problems due to hormones...could this be true with thyroid hormones? Does it sound like Addisons Disease or Adrenal problems?

I don't think the visual disturbances are hormonal.  Are there any blood vessel abnormalities on a good (ophthalmologist) eye exam? I think this may be neurological but also concerned about hematologic (blood) disorders as the underlying cause.  Have your platelets been normal (found on CBC)?  Also check B-12 levels.  

My guess is this is not Hashi but the fact that you have one autoimmune problem (Hashi) means that with unexplained symptoms, others need to be considered.  These include MS, B-12 deficiency (pernicious anemia), certain blood disorders (TTP, ITP, hemolytic anemia, anti-cardiolipin/phospholipid disorders --this one usually is seen with severe blood clots--, lupus, arthritis etc..)  It does not sound adrenal

Sorry. To answer your question...He gave me thorough exam today. Checked for damage and lack of peripheral vision, ability to see color etc... and looked at my actual eye for a long time. Says it is definitly not related to actual eye, but something else.

Hey. Antibiotics started after symptoms. I am on 50mcg synthroid and was on 100 before went hyper and swung back down. Thanks for your response. Maybe the mystery lies in the T3?
