Confused--Cannot stand the way I feel!

I was diagnosed about 6 wks ago with hypothyroidism (TSH 4.7).  My dr put me on Levothyroxin 50 mg and will repeat my bloodwork this Tuesday (my creatinine was a bit abnormal and I was anemic also with "big" blood cells--he said that meant I was anemic?)
I just went to the dr to get a refill of my bp med and he ran this bloodwork.  At the time, I was weaning myself off of Zoloft and now am completely off.  I only take Premarin, Actonel-have osteopenia, my bp pill and vitamins.
Since I have been taking the Levothyroxin and off the Zoloft, I can't stand myself.  I hate everyone and everything happening in the world, my feet and hands are cold but I feel clammy in the head around the stomach and in my elbow pits, my muscles feel like they are tight all the time and as a result have neck aches and body aches, my heart races a bit, very nervous, smell smoke although no one smokes, have vertical ridges in my fingernails.
I will be seeing my doctor in the next 10 days but I just can't stand the way I feel.  I am miserable.  I don't know if it is just my thyroid, need more premairin or need to be on antidepressants.

Does anyone have any clue as to what could be going on with me?  I need some insight.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

the big red cells may mean b12 deficiency.  Not sure about the smoke smell -- that is not in the literature, but may be an unusual thyroid/levothyroxine symptom.  Could try a different brand of thyroid meds.  Most common cause of hypo is hashi, so this is likely.

I get all the same symptoms and more, I have Hashimotos. I also have pains in my head that seem unusual and worries me, and the back of my neck. Not sure about the smoke smel as I am a smoker, also I suffer from a swollen white tounge.

Your right-I don't think it's the Zoloft.  I'm off that and the smoke smell is even worse. Possibly the Zoloft was masking some of the smoke?????  All this bad feeling started since he put me on Levothyroxin and I got off the Z.  I have been reading about Hashimoto's and suspect this may be what the dr is thinking.  How long will these bad feelings last?  Will they stop when he gets the thyroid regulated?

Thanks for listening.

( sorry hope I am not being to graphic) I also feel clammy especially around my head.I have hashimotos and wondering if these are all part of the symptoms.
