Do I need an adjustment? (Lowish TSH and Lowish T3)

I just got new blood results today.  I've been taking 88 mcg of Synthroid for years.    I've never seen an endocrinologist, and maybe it is time to do so.  My doctor pulled my T3 and T4, although usually just checks TSH.

These are my latest results:
TSH .4 (.3-3.0)
Total T3 0.93 (0.87-1.78)
T4 Free 0.93 (0.56-1.34)

Nothing is out of range.  I feel bad, though. Body temp around 96.5 and slow pulse (around 55).  When I saw my TSH is so low, I thought that my T3 and T4 would be higher.  Do I need a med adjustment?  Could this indicate central hypothyroid?

Thank so much!

an endocrine second opinion may be a good idea to exclude an unlikely pituitary problem

No indication for dose change based on these labs - would not increase the dose.
There is no likely benefit from adding T3 to this situation.

Btw... previous results were similar, but just very slightly out of range.

TSH  0.2 LOW  (0.3-3.0)
Total T3 0.85 LOW (0.87-1.78)
T4 Free 0.93 (0.56-1.34)

All previous blood tests were TSH only... which is usually low.

Do you think I should see an endo about thyroid?  I love my pcp, but she is a family doctor and not a specialist.
