Dont understand these results...Have not talked to a dr.

My ENT dr. who I saw one time and now will be seeing another...sent me for CT scan which found two nodules...
DId FNA on 1.1 c.m. nodule  The dr. that did the FNA wanted to get four or five samples but only had gotten two
due to causing a Hematoma. There wasnt anyone there to make sure enough samples were taken.
The results of the FNA were as follows...

Ultra sounded guided FNA left thyroid lobbe.  Most of the smears are comprised essentually of blood.  One of
the smears exhibits adequate cells compised of follicular cells and Hurthle cells along with small and large lymphocytes admixed with blood.  The thin prep also exhibits groups of follicular cells and Hurthle cells along with lymphocytes admixed with blood.

My blood work results were as follows

TSH 3rd generation  3.25   one month before it was 2.00
T4 Total  6.9
T3 Uptake  28
T4 Free calculated  1.9
Thyroid Peroxidase AB   386

I also have swollen lymph nodes on CT scan was written...There are small bilateral jugulodigastric
lymph nodes..none appear to be pathologically enlarged.\

I feel SO tired...just not with it at all...Eyes swollen and blurry....Gaining weight and feel swollen...
My periods are light and have always been normal...I have high cholesterol and blood pressure
for the first time.  I'm concerned about the Hurthle cells.  SHould I watch this stuff or just get my
thyroid out.  Can I live a FULL healthy life with no thyroid???  I really appreciate your time and any info
you have.  I couldnt get an appointment with an ENT for months...Thank you!!!

This is hashimoto's thyroiditis with borderline thyroid function.   This would explain the lymph nodes and the FNA results -  although it sounds like the FNA was sub-optimal and may need to be repeated in 3 months.  Would usually not suggest surgery at this point.  Would consider consulting with an endocrinologist - thyroid hormone therapy may be helpful, but thyroid may not expalin all the symptoms.

Sorry about the writing...my eyes are getting so bad I cant see well....I'm 33 yrs old...I still have the swollen lymph nodes which seem to be slowly growing.  Should I not worry being that  not pathologically enlarged?    I have a two and three year old to keep up with.  Appreciate your time... sorry for all the questions!
