Favor Riedel 's lobe over mild hepatomegaly

I was just checked for Fibromuscular Dysplasia by having MRA's (with contrast) of both my carotid and renal arteries. FMD is a connective tissue related disease and I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Studies are now showing that the two are showing up together and it may end up being a sub type of VEDS someday. My guess anyway. My MRA results sate that I am negative for renal artery stenosis. There is symmetric renal size, each kidney measuring about 10cm craniocaudal.
Then its says that there is prominence of the right lobe of the liver which extends inferiour to the lower pole of the right kidney. Favor Riedel's lobe over mild hepatomegaly.

What does that least sentence mean and where can I find  more information if needed?

I have a Riedels lobe, and was told it is just an extra lobe on the liver and nothing to worry about.

I think you need to post the question in the liver section or GI section -- I believe Riedel's lobe is an accessory lobe of the liver representing a normal anatomic variant and not any significant problem.
