High Thyroglobulin AB Low Vitamin D

I have been having several issues for the past 3 years and after seeing several specialist and was FINALLY refered to an endocrinologist. She ran a barrage of tests on me and these were the results I got back today

Thyroglobulin AB SERUM (high) 4.9 IU/ml

Thyroglobulin RIA SERUM 5.4ng/ml

Thyroid Stim Immunoglobulins Serum 31

Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy Serum (low) 10.8ng/ml

Triiodotyronine Free Serum 3.1pg/ml

Parathyroid Horomone Intact w/indices
Parathryin intact SERUM 58.7 pg/ml
Hemolysis Index SERUM no hemolysis
Icteric Index SERUM 1
Lipemia Index SERUM 9

Thyroid Stim Horom Receptor ab
Thyrotropin Receptor an SERUM <0.51  IU/ml

Thyroperoxidase SERUM 10 IU/ml

Thyroxine Free SERUM 1.09 my/dL

Thyrotropin 3rd Generation SERUM 2.49

Phosphorus PLASMA (LOW) 2.6 mg/dL

I believe it may also be relevaent that I was diagnosed with NASH in 2012 and my most recent liver enzymes came back

Alanine Aminotransferase-201
Aspartate Aminotransferase-144

Also it was indicated that my sodium was a little low and was 134 mmol/L

Can anyone please tell me what these number and tests results might be indicitive of? It's going to be a few weeks before I see the endocrinologist again and I'm worried the results may indicate thyroid cancer from what I have read online. Help please!! It's not cancer right?? And if not what does it all mean?

Dr. Mark Lupo, I appreciate you're timely response in this matter. I received a call from the endocrinologists office only moments after I received these results and she rescheduled my appoint from mid next month to this coming Thursday. Apparently there was something in the results she felt needed immediate addressing. I will be sure to ask about hyperparathyroidism as my calcium levels were 10.1 normal but high normal? And be sure to also ask her about getting an ultrasound as soon as possible. I appreciate your help in this matter and will be sure to post her findings as soon as we know something. I look forward to finding the answers to my medical issues in the near future.

Your endocrinologist should go over this in detail.  None of this reflects a higher risk of thyroid cancer.  Would consider thyroid ultrasound as I have seen nodules (95% are benign) in cases where only abnormality is pos Tg-Ab.  The vitamin D is the most abnormal lab and needs to be corrected - but would also look at Calcium leel as if high-normal/high, along w/ low Phos, consider primary hyperparathyroidism.
