Hypothyroid, pregnancy symptoms, and no period

I feel like I'm going out of my mind waiting to figure out what's going on. I've been feeling like I am pregnant(sore boobs, increased appetite, frequent urination, back pain, sleepy all the time, etc), and my period is three days late already, but all the tests I've taken are negative. I just got off the pill right before my last cycle began, so I really don't even know whether I ovulated this month. On top of everything else, I have hypothyroidism, so now I'm kind of afraid that that is why my period hasn't come. I'm worried and frustrated. Has anyone who has experienced missed periods due to hypothyroidism also experienced these symptoms, or would I not have one if i couldn't have the other? I'm so confused.

Affirmative on the tender breasts and irregular periods. As well as feeling like I've gone from not pregnant to 7+mos because of my stomach being so distended.
WAY increased appetite since dosage was increased too. But not to eat MORE to eat NOW. Does that make sense? I get full faster, but when it's time to eat - I have to eat immediately or I get agitated and even nauseous.

Hi, I know what you are talking about.  Last Ocotber, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, evidentally had been suffering from thyroid problems for several years but did not realize it.  Anyway, last october I ended up at the doctor, really sick, but it took me so long to go in cause I thought I was preganant.  I was gaining weight rapidly, my period was late, I was getting kinda like hot flashes, I was sick, my breasts were so sore, and believe this, they actually became engorged. I took 3 preganancy tests and all came back normal.  From there however, my symptoms got worse, ended up with anxiety attacks, heart palpitations the whole nine yards, and than was diangnosed, but I know exactly what you are talking about, I had all the symptoms of pregnancy and even when they told me it was all thyroid related, I didn't believe them.  I have 3 kids and felt exactily how I did with all of them.  I was seriously depleted from thyroid hormone, as I mentioned before, so I got sick.  You already know you have this, have you had your levels tested lately?  Maybe you are off on your dose, just a thought. I've never been on any birth control pills, but I can see how they could mess with your hormones as well, especially tied together with thyroid.  But hypo people do experience irregular periods, it's just another symptom.  good luck
