Intensive hair loss

I have a thyroid condition,and 4 week s ago i streted to have a intensive hair loss, and now about 60% hair is GONE!!!I went to the doctor with my concern and we did a bloode test.Acoording to my doctor normal.
T4 1.61
TSH 0.11 L
Vit D 15 L
He said, we not going to to any changes for now....just take Vit D (50.000 inits every week), but I am young women with just little hair left.
Please advise me ...

Give it time..hydrate yourself..and take a good multi..vit  I also take 1000mg of Vit C ..all these will help you just have patience :)
